I was born in Pecs, but now live in the State of Maine in America. I am a trained Chef, but no longer work in the field as such. I am now a full time mother and stay at home wife. I love collecting recipes and I love cooking Hungarian foods as they keep my birthplace close to my heart and memories alive and well. Sharing with my family brings me much joy and the fact that they love our food.

A hely, ahol főzök

I have always cooked with my Grandmothers in Hungary as a Teenager, then also at my own home in my adult life. But I have cooked professionally in a good amount of Restaurants from Greek, French, German, Italian, Mexican, Irish and even Australian Restaurants. I worked for a good few Bars and Pubs, Family Owned Restaurants, Healthcare Nursing Home, Pharmaceutical Company, and even a Hotel/Racetrack and Casino. And these days mostly just here at home or outside near the gardens as I have a nice big Grill there.
